Theatre Edition
Mobility of youth workers, KA153-YOU
Our project aimed to create a fruitful space to share, test, and further develop NFE tools, methods, and techniques in youth work practice, with a specific focus on theatre methods and performative acts.
This was achieved through a Study Visit (11-15 March 2024, in Sweden), where participants witnessed the hands-on work of experienced organizations delivering theatre-based activities. It continued with a Training Course (2-8 May 2024), designed to develop youth workers’ professional competences.

STUDY VISIT
11-15 March 2024
- To witness hands-on examples of theatre-based activities from experienced organizations
- To learn about the specific challenges of working with culturally diverse target groups
- To offer possibilities for sustainable and long-term partnership with different actors
TRAINING COURSE
2-8 May 2024
- To provide participants from Portugal, Sweden, Lithuania, Romania, Italy, Poland, Greece, and North Macedonia, with NFE resources and opportunities to experiment different kind of NFE and theatre methods
- Increase youth workers’ competences in designing and delivering NFE activities
- Strengthen youth workers’ capacities to adjust and adapt NFE and theatre methods to their local communities
CET NETWORK
CET Platform Italy
CET Platform Italy is a non-governmental organization founded on April 2016, Italian branch of the international CET network, currently present in 12 countries. Despite its young age, CET Platform Italy has been founded by experienced people, active in civil sector and youth work from over 10 years.
Programmes like Erasmus+, which includes actions for youth mobility and a strong intercultural dimension, are the main fields of our activities. Indeed, we focus on spreading European culture and opportunities deriving from EU programmes and we strongly support the dissemination of European citizenship and values at local, national and international level.
To achieve our goals, we work in network with other local and international organizations to increase quality of youth projects, sharing experiences and best practices.

As NGO, our mission is to improve the level of competences and skills of young people and youth workers, as well as to foster intercultural learning, active citizenship and social inclusion through non-formal education principles and methodologies.
VISION
Our vision is to empower youngsters to shape the world they live and work in, enhancing creativity, innovation and entrepreneurship. We want to help young people in their personal and professional growth to contribute to the sustainable development of European society.
